A market opportunity creates value only when people can move from interest to a confident decision and a reliable service.
Map the journey from discovery and booking to arrival, service, support and follow-up. Look for repeated explanations, unclear forms, broken referrals and moments where users leave.
Prioritise the moments that most affect confidence. Test changes with the people who deliver and use the service, then decide what to improve or scale.
PUT IT INTO PRACTICE
Three steps from a question to testable work
Map the whole decision journey
List what a person must understand, choose and trust from discovery through follow-up. Include information, booking, arrival, service, payment, help and complaint pathways.
Find observable friction
Use questions that can be checked: where do people repeat information, abandon a form, wait without an update, receive inconsistent language or lose the next point of contact?
Test one owned change
Assign an owner, a bounded service moment and a minimum signal of improvement. Test with people who use and deliver the service before expanding the claim or the intervention.
