privacy notice

This notice explains data use for the Pride Visitor Economy Signal Brief and downloads of reports produced by Pride Economy. Research, projects and separately governed activities are outside this scope.

01

Who controls the data and what this covers

Pride Ready Asia Co., Ltd. is the data controller for Pride Economy Thailand email forms. This notice applies when you consent to the Signal Brief or enter an email address to receive a report produced by Pride Economy. These are separate consents.

02

Data collected and its source

We receive data directly from you: email address, language, source page, form type, selected report, consent state and version, submission time, and delivery, unsubscribe or download status. Hosting systems may create necessary technical security logs. These forms do not ask for your name, gender, LGBTQ+ identity, phone number, address or travel data.

03

Purposes and legal basis

  • Send economic signals, annual Outlooks, Forum perspectives and field evidence based on subscription consent.
  • Deliver the selected report and measure its use based on the separate download-form consent. This does not subscribe you to marketing email.
  • Manage withdrawal and suppression, prevent unwanted re-mailing, protect security and retain necessary compliance evidence under the legal basis applicable to that activity.

We do not use these consents for advertising profiles, data sales or inference of LGBTQ+ identity.

04

Processors, disclosure and international handling

Data may be processed by hosting and email/CRM providers appointed by the controller. The current implementation is prepared for Vercel and HubSpot. These providers may process data outside Thailand. Before live collection begins, the controller must confirm processing terms, security settings, an appropriate transfer mechanism and unsubscribe controls.

We do not disclose subscriber data to partners, sponsors or report sources for their own marketing unless you are separately informed and an appropriate legal basis applies.

05

Retention, deletion and withdrawal

Subscriber data is kept while the subscription remains active. Download data is kept only as needed to deliver and measure the report, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. After withdrawal, consent-based processing stops and only a necessary minimum record is retained. Data is then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. The operational retention schedule and deletion workflow must be confirmed before live collection begins.

Withdraw newsletter consent through the unsubscribe link in every email, or withdraw either consent by contacting Pong@prideready.asia. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

06

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access and a copy, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability; withdraw consent; and complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. We may request only the information needed to verify identity before acting.

07

Security and automated decisions

We will limit access by role, use providers with appropriate safeguards, and review access, exports and deletion. This form does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

08

Changes to this notice

If the purpose, data categories, providers or retention change materially, we will update this notice and seek fresh consent where required. The date and version above identify the wording presented when you subscribe.
