The first question is not which Pride Month activity to run. It is which customers need which service and which businesses are ready to respond.
Connect the campaign to a service journey, a channel, an offer and a way for entrepreneurs or communities to participate.
Use evidence from the activity to decide what should continue across the year.
PUT IT INTO PRACTICE
Three steps from a question to testable work
Define the market decision
Name the customer need, the offer, the buyer or booking channel and the decision that evidence must support. Visibility alone does not define a viable market.
Connect campaign and operations
Check whether the promise in communication is supported by forms, staff practice, fulfilment, support and follow-up after the campaign period.
Set a continuation test
Before launch, decide what would justify continuing: qualified enquiries, completed bookings, repeat use, supplier participation or a verified service improvement.
SOURCES & BOUNDARY
Return to the source before citing or deciding
The references frame travel research, leadership and system change. Any claim about demand, conversion or commercial return still requires campaign and transaction data.
