Pongsatorn began with three plain questions: after Pride ends, what can people still buy, who can book it and who gets paid? Pride Economy 365™ connects those questions to customer service, employee benefits, tourism routes and the sales channels available to local entrepreneurs.
He introduced Bookable Impact as a test of whether an offer has a price, schedule, capacity, booking path and a fair route for revenue. He also proposed a 90-Day Readiness Sprint so an organisation can improve one real service or offer, name an owner and compare evidence before and after.
