The light on stage is created by many occupations that economic systems do not yet count fully.
Art asked the room to look behind a pageant or nightlife event. Photographers, makeup artists, hair teams, coaches, producers, venues and performers all create the experience, and the work can lead to later jobs even when the organiser does not make a direct profit from the event itself.
He also connected creator commissions with belonging in places such as Silom and the Bear community. A route through the night-time economy should name the people available for paid work, not only the venues, and should consider safety, the journey home and the conditions of the people delivering the experience.
